Terms & Policies
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and begin work on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to the delivery of final files.
- Services will not begin until the initial payment or deposit has been received. Late or missed payments may result in delays or termination of services.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of custom work and digital services, all sales are final.
- Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your spot in my schedule and cover initial planning and preparation time.
- There are no refunds for any work that has been started or delivered. If you're unsatisfied with your project, I’ll work with you to improve it within the included revision round(s).
- Important Notice: If a client attempts to request a refund or initiates a chargeback after work has begun or final documents have been delivered, this will result in the immediate voiding of the agreement. I will no longer be obligated to complete any remaining services unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Either the Client or I reserve the right to cancel the project at any time if the working relationship is no longer satisfactory or for any reason not explicitly stated.
- If you choose to resume the project after cancellation, an inconvenience fee of $50 will be added to the final deposit amount.
- If you wish to reschedule, I cannot guarantee availability for your preferred new timeline, but I will do my best to accommodate based on my schedule.
- In rare cases where I need to cancel or postpone a project due to unforeseen circumstances and/or scheduling conflicts, any deposits paid will be refunded in full.
Client Responsibility
- All relevant information and content must be submitted accurately and on time. Delays in submission or response may affect the project timeline.
- Clients are expected to provide clear and complete answers to all questions. If any details are left unanswered or unclear, I will use my best judgment to make decisions as needed.
Communication
- Consultations will be conducted via phone call, text, or email based on the client’s preference. After the initial consultation, my primary method of communication will be through either text or email.
- Clear and timely communication from the client is essential to ensure the best possible service. If the Client fails to respond or communicate for a period of 72 business hours or more, the project will be subject to one or more of the following actions:
- Termination: The project will be terminated with no obligation for a refund or completion of services rendered.
- Cancellation: The project will be removed from the schedule and cancelled.
- Inconvenience Fee: If the Client chooses to resume the project after a delay in communication, an inconvenience fee of $50 will be added to the final balance. Additionally, the standard turnaround time will reset from the date the project is resumed.
- Typical response time is 24–48 business hours. However, responses may be provided sooner depending on availability.
Timelines & Turnaround Time
- Your project’s turnaround time begins once your deposit and all required information is received.
- Project timelines may be completed earlier depending on availability and timely communication, but can vary based on:
- The complexity of your project
- The number of clients currently ahead of you
- Rush services (24–48 hours) are available for an additional fee and based on availability.
Revisions
- Two free rounds of revisions are included on the first draft.
- One free round of revisions are included on the final draft, available within 5 days of delivery.
- Additional revisions or late revision requests are available for a small fee of $10.
Ownership & Usage
- Final designs are yours to use personally or professionally.
- I may showcase parts of the project (anonymously) in my portfolio or on social media, unless you request otherwise.
