Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder to handle administrative and operational tasks that support our client experience. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping things on track, from scheduling meetings to organizing client files and sending follow-ups. You’ll get hands-on experience in running a creative business while sharpening your communication and coordination skills.
What You’ll Do:

Draft and send introductory emails to clients

Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule client sessions

Track client inquiries, responses, and project timelines

Send gentle follow-ups for contracts, forms, or payments

Organize digital folders and client files
-
Take notes during meetings and prep summaries

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Help maintain internal task lists and project checklists

Assist with documenting workflows and procedures
What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Professional, polite, and respectful in emails and interactions

Self-starter who can manage time and follow through independently

Interest in creative business operations (design experience not required)

Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail, and/or Notion is a plus

Creative Designer Intern

Role Overview
As the Creative Designer Intern, you’ll assist with layout-based design projects, helping transform client content into clean, professional, and visually effective documents. You’ll work alongside the founder to bring structure and polish to resumes, service menus, client guides, and other collateral. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye and an interest in practical, real-world design.
What You’ll Do:

Support the design of resumes, service menus, and business documents

Create clean, well-aligned layouts based on brand style

Help edit or refine templates for internal or client use

Organize design files and maintain visual consistency

Prepare files for client delivery in print and digital formats

Apply feedback and contribute ideas during the creative process

Assist in creating social or promotional graphics, if needed
What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in design for function, not just form

Proficiency in Canva or Adobe InDesign (Figma or Illustrator is a bonus)

Solid understanding of alignment, spacing, and hierarchy

Detail-oriented with strong organization and file-naming habits

Good communication and willingness to receive feedback

Familiarity with minimalist, clean layout styles preferred

Portfolio or samples of design work (can be school or personal projects)
