Q: What services do you offer?
A: I offer clean, well-formatted layouts for resumes, service lists, menus, rental rulebooks, informational flyers, and more. 

Q: Do you write content for your services, or just design them?
A: Both. I offer different packages such as design only, design with light editing, or a full rebuild with in-depth writing support.

Q: Do you write the resume content too, or just design it?
A: Both. I offer a "design-only" package or one that includes design and writing support.

Payment & Pricing

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. You will be sent an invoice for payment via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay—no account required.

    Q: Do you offer refunds?
    A: Due to the nature of custom work and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started. However, I’ll work closely with you to make sure you’re satisfied.

    Timeline & Revisions

    Q: How long does it take?
    A: Most single-document projects are typically completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the project’s complexity, your responsiveness, and how many clients are ahead in the queue.

    Q: How many revisions are included?
    A: The first draft  includes 2 free rounds of revisions, and the final draft includes 1 free round revisions. Any further or late revision requests are available for a $10 fee.

    File Delivery & Formats

    Q: What file types will I receive?
    A: You’ll receive a high-quality PDF version ready to share or print, as well as a transparent PNG version so that you can easily use your layout across different platforms or backgrounds.

    Q: Can I edit the documents after I receive them?
    A: Due to font variations and the use of Adobe software, I do not offer editable versions. However, You’ll get 1 free round of revisions on your final draft. Any further revision requests are available for a $10 fee.

    Q: How do I book a service?
    A: Complete the intake form found on my website to get started.

    Q: What’s the booking process like?
    A:

    1. You complete a short intake form.
    2. You receive a quote + submit your deposit.
    3. I design your layout and send a preview.
    4. You get 2 free rounds of revisions.
    5. Final files are delivered via email or Google Drive.
